Our Promise
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with any product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Return Timeframes

Accessories: 14-day return policy on unopened items.

Refurbished Devices: 14-day return policy, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

New Devices: Returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.
Conditions

Opened accessory products are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Non-faulty refurbished devices can be returned within 14 days, minus a 15% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Any Devices being returned must be fully wiped of any personal information and returned back to factory settings.
Non Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened accessories
-
Screen Protectors
-
Gift cards
-
Opened new devices (including AirPods and boxed phones)

Any type of earphones or headphones
Faulty or Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a product develops a fault within your warranty period, contact us at sean@techguyservices.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. In regards to refurbished devices, contact us and we will assess the problem and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
How to return an item

Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Package the item securely (if posting).

Ship it to the return address provided, or bring it in-store during opening hours.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will exclude the 15% restocking fee (where applicable) and any shipping costs, unless the item was faulty.
All devices must be fully wiped of personal data and restored to factory settings before a refund can be processed.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty product, you may choose either:

A refund

An exchange for an identical replacement item.
For refurbished devices, we’ll inspect and repair them where possible, then return them to you within a reasonable timeframe.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
